That's what I did yesterday and today just ran a few errands and cooked a good supper for the wife. Shrimp Alfredo with 3 cheese tortellini and enough leftovers for another meal.

It's been a long week at work waiting for saturday to get here. Supposed to be frost in the morning and my honey hole is open tomorrow. I cant wait.

Im excited. I love that spot. I have been focused on filling the freezer but when Im in that spot I expect to see alot of deer and could be anything. Last year I got lucky but the year before that I shot a 7.5 year old doe in the same spot. Year before was a 4.5 year old fat doe. Year before that it was the biggest rack buck I have ever killed. My favorite spot on my favorite hunting weekend. Im blessed.

Deer movement and sighting's have slowed tremendously on my place this week and the 2 different 8PTS that I have seen were tending a doe. They were both on different does. If the doe moved the buck would move, if she stopped the bucks stopped. Saw 2 different bucks and 2 different does doing the same thing this week. Checked cameras today and 90% of movement was at night this week
