11/14/19 Deer hunt

I really wish I could be out there all day today. I'm hoping to sneak out of work early tomorrow and do an afternoon sit and then sit most of Sunday. I have 2 nice bucks pass through on camera recently. I'm hoping they will come back by so I can say hello.

I'm liking the way it feels here at mid day. Just got in my blind. A nice buck was spotted chasing a doe yesterday. Maybe he will show. This spot has always been magical. Social Circle.

I just had a young buck trot by at around 100 yards, and I hear a slew of activity in the wood line, but I dont see the noise makers...Not yet.

My mutt found me and paid a short visit while making his rounds. He found me 10 years ago while I was hunting, and I took him home. 10 years later he still finds me. Smartest dog I've ever seen.
