Good luck everyone. I stayed in this morning. Its my Daughter 10th Birthday today. I may and try to get out this evening if she wants go.

Happy birthday to her! It’s been slow for me this morning, seen 1 yearling. By this time yesterday I had seen 7… that frost yesterday got their butts in gear.

Slow here too. Tree rats and birds is all so far.
Saw 2 does and 2 yearlings yesterday, thought the bucks were fired up here but apparently not quite yet. Good luck all, headed to the Lord's house this morning!
Watching over about 10 acres of lush green oats right now. 7 does and 3 small bucks so far. The largest of the bucks was a basket rack 8pt that will be a very nice deer in a few years. Stay safe and warm.
Hunted on the back porch this morning with my 6 year old grandson. We were hoping that the 4 pointer that I let walk yesterday evening would come back by. Or one of the bigger bucks on camera would have worked too. Lol

Seeing it was slow this morning I tried a couple aggressive grunts and 5min later a small 6 with half rack came cruising by. Then I got a glimpse of a nice rack but only saw him for a second then he went in the thick stuff. Tried grunting again but only the same half rack came by.

One of our members at the lease shot a nice 8 that was out cruising around.
Can't go out today. I have honey do list, fix son's heating system, and repair a dryer at our house. Wish me luck as I think it might be easier to get a buck in the high winds with the yotes than get everything done on her list.
