My cell cams have been very quiet today.

Ditto. I had one picture until 5:30.
Saw 2 his morning in the neighborhood about 4:45am. Worked until 5:45 today and again tomorrow, to hunting will have to wait for a few more days.
I went out this evening.
By 4:00 I tried an ambush spot I haven’t been to since early season.
It’s
covered up in poop, scrapes and rubs.
I got up my tree, picked the perfect angle, settled in.
Was enjoying the wind in my face with horizontal ice chrystal’s peppering me in the eyes.....the wind had several cyclic gusts .
I was thoroughly
enjoying it when my wife called and said she is stuck at an appointment. and I had to leave right away to pick up the little grandkids.
Sucks....it
looked like
a real promising spot for a tending bucks to come through.
Maybe next time.....this cold weather will really
wake the bucks up.....love it.
