11/30 Hunt

Brother is 24, hunted with me and my dad his entire life…finally shot his first deer today. Saw 6 and pulled the trigger on a wonky one. He passed up several smaller 4 and 6 points for this cull deer. He used my .30-06 Remington 700 with Nikon prostaff 2-7x32. He didn’t have any confidence in his rifles for some reason. Just glad he got the job done. Pretty proud of him.

Nice. Wish I was in the woods instead of at work. Good weather today. Saw a buck crossing a road at 8:45 on the way to work.

My brother is a blue collar guy, so he works odd shifts. He’s normally working 3 - 4 days a week 12-16 hours. He’s got no bills, wife, or kids so he just goofs off. Lol

He’s got tons of big bucks on camera. Just wasn’t patient enough. I don’t blame him. Just proud he passed up better, younger bucks for this one.
