12/5 Hunt

I’ve had 6 doe move through and now the crows have moved in!

I saw 11 does and 2 small bucks between 7 and 7:30. Only thing I've seen since was a beautiful fox squirrel I wish I could have gotten a picture of. His head was black, but the rest of his body was mostly white with a strip of gray down his back and the top of his tail.
 
Please post a recipe. I used to hunt with an old man in VA that did this and I lost the recipe.
We just cut it into chunks small enough to fit in jars. Fill to air gap(1/4 inch or so from top) put lids on. Place in pressure cooker at between 10-15lbs for I think hour and half of so. That's it. No salt (can season to taste but limits what you can use it for). So tender it melts.
