We just cut it into chunks small enough to fit in jars. Fill to air gap(1/4 inch or so from top) put lids on. Place in pressure cooker at between 10-15lbs for I think hour and half of so. That's it. You can put just a little water In but doesn't need it. Renders out as it cooks.Just meat no water or what?
