Does anyone here load and shoot this round? I have a 20" Contender barrel on the way for it. Just curious what results people are getting.

17 Ackley Hornet

no experience but I"m curious to hear your feedback. In the past I was always interested in the 17's, but having to get new cleaning rods, etc just didn't see rational given what little I shoot the little calibers (except 22lr). But it does seem like a neat round. How much of a difference is there between the 17 hornet and the Ackley?

Nothing in Pet Loads. I have some data. I already have rods and other supplies as I load and shoot 17 Mach IV and 17 Super Jet. Headed to Saubier now
