Being a 9 mm I'm not for certain on that at all however, on most 1911's ( 45 acp, 10 mm ) some of the externals will drop in. The safety is iffy at best but I have had them drop right in so that's a crap shoot. I have had to file and stone my fire share of ambi safety's. The sear block inside is what needs attention. When you start replacing things like the beaver tail, hammer and sear you're more than likely going to have to address small fitment issues . your best bet is to order replacement parts from Rock Island Armory in stainless on the same model gun if aesthetics is all you're looking for. That'll give you the best chance of not having to file or fit anything.
