Yes sir, I still wear it on special occasions. I herniated the L5/S1 disc 24 years ago, the weight of the pistol & extra mags finally got to be too hard on my back so now I've gone to a much lighter G43 with +1 Pearce grip extentions on the mags. It's a lot easier on my lower back.
Here is my guns so far. The top on is a Springfield A1 and doesn't have that grip anymore. It has the factory Rose wood grips.
The gun second down is a S&W E Series with a tactical rail system and a comp. The third pic down is of three guns but the all black is the one I want to focus on. It's a Remington 6" long slide chambered in 10mm. It was all black when new but I immediately took it down and put Wilson Combat internals and replaced most of the moving parts with Wilson Combat stainless steel parts for contrast except the magwell it's form Tech Well parts.

One I foolishly let go. Old school custom. I suspect but couldnt prove it was built at Kings Custom in the 70's. Had several Swenson mods done by them or him. Was a sweet shooting carry gun. But the divorce was worth it.
Congratulations She's a beauty. I had one for three days but gifted it to my son before I even had a chance to shoot it.
Very nice I still have a set of stags on my wish list.
