Can I get some recommendations for a quality 1911 gunsmith in the Woodstock/Canton area. I jacked up my bushings. The threads on the frame are just fine, I just can't get the bushings out

It doesn't have to be a member on ODT. Just every gun shop says they are a gunsmith and I want some personal recommendations on somebody worth a damn in Woodstock Canton area

Andy at Ga Firingline. Great guy, excellent gunsmith who actually attended a reputable gunsmithing school. (Not YouTube and armor schools)

Just one VERY careful or you’ll have to drill and tap new threads. The stock threads are .236-60 and fine as frog hair.

Also, who is the manufacturer? Some put thread lock on the bushing, and will need a little heat put to them.

1997 Kimber and I did heat it up first. I've done this several times but ****ed this one up
