Model 1008 pop up in very good condition. Canvas is in decent shape but has been patched. Does not leak. Camper is very clean- no stains, or funny smells. It has been used regularly for the last 6 years as my hunting abode. Only reason for selling is that I now have a 34 foot Coachman and would like buy a golf cart.
Lots of storage, double and queen size beds, awning, good tires and spare, easy to tow and set up. Camper comes with an Everstar 12000 BTU portable AC unit ($450 at Home Depot) and an electric space heater. I slept comfortbly thru many torrential downpours and also in temps as low as 15 degrees (end of 2009-10 hunting season).
