BBC is broadcasting on 15.730 MHz at 1300-1500 GMT and on 5.875 MHz at 2000-2200 GMT.
BBC World Service resurrects shortwave broadcasts in war-torn Ukraine
The British news group brought back shortwave broadcasts after Russia invaded Ukraine.

I have not been able to pick them up but my setup is NVIS so and I don’t get a lot from Western Europe.

GMT = EDT + 4
15.730 MHz from 9am until 11am
5.875 MHz from 4pm until 6pm
It looks like the new FCC fee structure goes active on 4-19-22. HAM fee will go up to $35. At the same time, GMRS fees go down to $35.
