Since Steyr will never make the AUG in .308, I pre-ordered and waited since Feb 2016 for the Desert Tech MDR .308. Added my Trijicon Accupower 1-8x, AAC 762SDN-6. Now I need to hit the gym to lug this sci-fi beast around. I guess go shoot it, too.

Yeah, 2 years ago there was no sign of a Tavor7 and only other .308 semi pup was Keltec. DT has a reputation for sub-MOA bolt action bullpups, so the MDR had making for a real winner. Time will tell if the MDR proves to be the more accurate gun vs, Tavor 7. Kel-Tec RFB, while less expensive, will not have the quality/accuracy.
Thats the reason I dont have a x95. 3-4 moa is pretty much un acceptable in this day and age. If the x95 was 1-1.5 moa and lost a pound, it would be much nicer. I bet the mdr will be significantly more accurate than the 308 tavor.

that is awesome. Let me know how the muzzle and port pop are. Its really hard to get the timing right where the 7.62 NATO does not take your breath away
