Are we forgetting the gun dealers can deny anyone they want to thing??? Maybe this kid looks like a thug.

Walmart is included and I suspect he is an average looking kid and this is a pro-rights initiated and planned lawsuit.

That case is going to be dismissed real quick unless OR has an anti-age discrimination statute that protects young people. This might actually put some really bad case law on the books for other companies that want to follow suit.

Perhaps this why this case occurred where it occurred. Saul Alinksy's rule #4. I think Dicks and Walmart have a legal and personal moral dilemma.

I agree with points 1 & 2, but I hope he loses and gets charged costs.
