2005 Buick Lesabre Not Passing Emissions. Help or Ideas needed.

I spent $16 on it today....don't think I am out too bad..I will have to take it in cause my Birthday is coming up.

Yeah usually that dtc is ur upstream o2 sensor. Just get all the possibles and start at the cheapest.

Check Vacuum lines...Nada. MAF sensor cleaned. Nada.

Disconnected Battery to try to get it quit throwing code...Nada.

I think the Service engine light is stuck. LOL

U can go to any parts store and they will reset the computer for u.

SO I have a 2005 Buick Lesabre

Its not passing Emissions.

Throwing code P0171. ( system running lean)Bank 1.

I cleaned the Mass Air Flow Sensor with MAF Cleaner.

Sprayed it like a son of a gun .No go.

PCV ? Maybe? Replace?

O2 Sensor?

Vacuum Hose?

Anyone have this happen on the GM V6 3800 Engines?

EGR valve needs replace or clean...possible fuel pressure issue and or dirty injectors....1/4 tank of 93 and a entire bottle of 104 octane booster..but possible that the PCV valve is on that side may be the problem too..check vacuum hoses to the booster and the vac rail at idle with soapy water and spray bottle..you will find it when the idle raises a bit
