2012 GMC ACADIA. I hate it Any car truck AC guys on here?

My Wife has had this thing for a number of years. Seems to have issues every year or so that are weird.

SO today I changed out the battery. It was DEAD

Seemed simple enough, Did the following

Floor Panel Screw.

+ terminal

- Terminal

1 Battery lock Bolt.

Purchase new battery.

Install, GO in reverse order, BUtton her up.

Now the AC has gone haywire

One side cold , one side hot ( passenger) .

No clue. Maybe Actuators or Blend Door is stuck.

I am at a loss on this one. I now have the battery disconnected till tomorrow am.

Any Ideas?

Make it someone else's problem while the to weather is cool.

You may have to have a calibration check done on the actuators to get them to behave or one has failed.

Any Car/ truck AC Techs on here? called a shop said it was a 10 hour job to replace an actauator. GTFO.

Hate to say maybe not what you want to hear, but carvana.com. They just bought a car from me and from the pickup/inspection process, did not check @80% of the things I would have checked.

10 hours at $120 per hour = $1,200 + tax and parts. Is the Acadia worth $1,500?

My old escalade does this anytime the battery is disconnected and sometimes at random. A restart clears it for me. Apparently there is a program update (TSB) that will fix it if I take it in.
