Bluetooth turned off on the head and will not turn back on.

I need the update for the radio. I hope it will install via usb.

Wife does not drive it anymore since her phone will not sync with it.

Her Lexus burns a lot more gas......

So.., you need to figure out exactly which radio you have. The process is very different for each one. The one in my 2015 RAV4 takes an XD card you just replace, and it updates the radio software and navigation maps. I've updated it twice; the hardest part is figuring out the current part number for the latest version. Other radios from the same year at a different trim level are a much different process. The parts department at a dealer will have a TSB that tells them how to update your specific radio and the part number required. The guy at Rick Hendrick was very helpful. Oddly the part number for mine is listed as a CD drive; it's difficult to locate if you don't already know the part number.

Thanks, will check the dealership for the part number. Guy on the Toyota forums is a Master Mechanic for Toyota, he is the one who told me what I needed for our model and trim level.
