2018 Volkswagen Atlas

I have been helping one of my daughters car shop. She is wanting a newer vehicle preferably a SUV. I first saw the new Volkswagen Atlas on a car hauler while in a traffic jam up North a few months ago and was impressed by it. We went and test drove and checked a few of them out last week. Overall, I am very impressed by it. It has plenty of room, the options available for it are awesome, the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty and most of all the price is a lot lower than others in it's size range. The one that she liked the most was only $36,000.
Has anyone else had any dealings with them? Do you own one? Have you been looking at them? Positive or negative, your input is appreciated.

Other than Volkswagen is an excellent brand, no.

It does look good.though.

First year model bothers me the most about it. It usually takes a few years to get all of the bugs out. Their new 7 year warranty helps with the reliability issue some.

My wife is getting a new Explorer Sport.... she has a 15 now, it’s been a great lil truck.

(Almost 400hp, AWD)


no issues.... other then I broke it towing my tandem HGL, LOL

(well forcing it up a driveway in reverse, probably not the best idea)

This Touareg ain't too bad, lol
