Long shot, anyone in the middle GA area have 22-250 Go/No Go Gauges?

depending on what you are doing a new case and shim stock will make do --
better yet a case checked in a case gage --

Just checking for excessive headspace. Traded into this rifle and it came with a bag of loose ammo. Ammo has 50% case head separation. Got some factory ammo to try this weekend

case head separation can be caused by simply too many resizing of case----
or large chamber, small sizing die shortens life --
for your purpose a new round and .010 shim will tell you if you need to visit your friendly smith - careful to keep pointed down range of course --
Even with excess headspace you can make cases to fit it and mark them, then neck size only when reloading --
