22 LR Encore rifle

I have a couple of encore items around that I'm on the fence about keeping. the primary one is a 22 LR rifle Thompson Center barrel, from what I understand this is one of the rarest barrels out there. I've had a running search on eBay for years that's only produced one rifle barrel, don't recall the details but remember it selling for $400 plus. anyone familiar with these?

Actually they did, as I understand it's a rare chambering but I do have a factory 22 lr rifle barrel.

My mistake; I’d never heard about this. I’d like to see that. Is the bore off center slightly? I reckon that is very rare. The dudes at the Thompson Center Association are very knowledgeable, and keen to talk about these guns. They have their own classified and WTB ads in their quarterly magazine, and the T/C enthusiasts gotta catch ‘em all with their barrel collections.

Yes, bore is off center, I’ll try and get pics up tomorrow and I’ll look over at that forum.

💯 an Encore barrel. I’ve got several. They are tack drivers. Only problem with most is the casing likes to get stuck hence the cut out in the top to remove it. They are sought after, problem is TC has announced they are coming back and everyone is just holding their popcorn to see what they are going to offer.

Also that one is a 24 inch barrel which makes it lighter than the 26 or 28 inch bull barrels.
