My mother freaking out like the world was ending.
My wife was 8 months pregnant and freaking out.
Had to patrol in my 4x4 because all we had were crown Vic's ! Had to haul a lot of nurses to and from work! Pulled a lot of people out of ditches! Picked up a family in another county that had been out of power couple days and took them to relatives house in our county that had power !
I was in Southern California at the time and remember seeing it in the newspapers. It was nationwide news.
was 7 at teh time so dont remember much other than thinking it was awesome and wanting to play all day
Had a blast in all the snow but it wasn't so fun after a week solid
I was'nt on the internet then!!! lol!!!
Was that the snowstorm with thunder and lightening? THAT was freaky...
I remember seeing only one or two cars on 285 heading to the airport to pick up a friend. Only one lane had tire tracks in it. Had to pull out into a foot or more of snow to pass. We lived up in Cobb Co at the time.
