You can use some google fu and find very detailed write ups on how to put a lower together with a parts kit. One thing I would recommend not cheaping out on, is getting a roll pin punch. Some people use vice grips or channel locks(which I have used before) but you can still screw it up. For example, I bought an Anderson lower from a guy at work that had butchered the roll pin for the bolt catch. Guy knocks it in with a hammer, bends the pin halfway down, keeps beating the pin in. Then he decides it looks bad from where he mushroomed the end with the hammer, so he tries to use a punch to knock it out. He winds up breaking the punch in the roll pin. I gave him 10 bucks for it and I hope a guy I know can drill it out for me.
