These are the bad polish mags. Still not worth it IMO.
$3.99 is too much for these
Worse than Tapco?
Hard to tell, 3 different ones wouldn't fit in magwells, shaved one of them down to fit and the follower hung up. They're only $3.99, buy a couple and test em....
Some people love the Tapco mags. I has crapcos when they first started making them. Some were 1/8 too thick to fit in a magwell, they also had follower issues.
For the price i will take the chance. Most of the negative reveiws were bc they had to flip the spring or it wouldnt fit in some obscure ak the most havent heard of.
This is the second go-round. I loaded up on the first go-round. Fit for my NPAP and AMD were both fine. No shaving required.
But I did have to drop the bottom plate, remove the follower and spring, and put it all back together in order to get the full 30 in the mags.
Well worth it IMHO.
Besides, I'm just going to flip 'em during the next cycle so I can afford to put my kids thru college.
