For anybody interested, wanted to share:

Loaded some M-80 147 grain FMJ and Sierra Pro-Hunter 125 Grain Soft Points

75 degree day, low humidity.

Used reformed 5.56 brass.

Results:

M-80 - 147 Grain FMJ - 16.5 grains H-110

8.0" Barrel - approximately 1,750FPS
16" Barrel - approximately 2,050FPS

Sierra Pro-Hunter 125 Grain Soft Point - 17.8 Grains H-110

8.0" Barrel - 1,886 / 1,900 FPS
16" Barrel - 2,213 FPS

Sierra Pro-Hunter 125 Grain Soft Point - 18.0 Grains H-110

8.0" Barrel - 1,901 / 1,913 FPS
16" Barrel - 2,286 / 2,276 FPS

Sierra Pro-Hunter 125 Grain Soft Point - 18.5 Grains H-110

8.0" Barrel - 1,988 / 2,026 FPS
16" Barrel - 2,301 / 2,274 FPS

Fired two rounds of most (hence, the two numbers beside the barrel length). Some of the results did not seem to be consistent between 18.0 and 18.5 grains as far as FPS on the 16" barrel... looking further into it.

As far as accuracy, don't know yet. Made sure it was accurate enough to not hit my chronograph, but was looking to make sure the loads were safe to fire in my weapon. Will probably focus on the 18.0 grain for the 125 grain Sierra's to see how accurate they are.

These loads seem to work fairly well in my weapons. Did not observe any signs of overpressure in the casings, primers, etc...

Your results may vary so be sure to start at a safe known load before moving up.
