.300 Blk twist rate

What is the best twist rate for shooting sub sonic in .300 blackout? Is there much advantage for 1/7 over 1/8? thoughts?

The above picture is for 223 not 300blk.
I have a 1/7 twist on my Sbr.
Helps to stabilize those 220gr boolits.

Subsonic 300blk loads aren't for precision long range shooting anyway. Anything under 1:10 should be fine. My SBR has a 1:8 twist 10.3" DD barrel. It'll stabilize the 220's fine. It also will stabilize the lighter bullets when shooting supersonic.
