Check with any gunsmith that builds custom rifles. They probably have barrel take offs they would sell you.

I have a HS Precision barrel that I took off my HS Precision .308 HTR rifle years ago. It is a 24" barrel that is fluted but not threaded. The HS action is a 700 clone and should work with a 700 although I'm not sure if the threads will match but there is plenty of room to re-cut the chamber.

Will take $50 if you are interested.
