The best 168gr hollow point boat tail ammo you can find. Tipped Matchking like Sierra or Honady will do . Or for longer range you could try up to 180gr in the same style. Love me some BlackHills in any caliber, especially 223.

For distances of 800yds+, I’d go with the 175’s. In my experience, 168grn bullets usually work, but 175grn bullets (and heavier) always work. This is assuming that you’re using bullets made for precision work.
Once in awhile I’ll get a student that doesn’t take my recommendation, and runs 168’s. I’ve had a few over the years where the bullet became completely unstable between 800-900yds.
Easy for me to remember after reading. 308=175gr , 223=75gr .Mr. Hoarder ( cmshoot ) bought all the heavy stuff and has a monopoly on the market. He'll probably sell 20 round boxes for $100 each.

I’ll Rochambeau you for some! I get to go first.
Are we playing regular Rochambeau or Roshambo!?
Just remember if you plan to compete with the 185's it knocks you out of most nato/mil classes and forces you to open class.
