Wal-Mart on Jimmy Carter Blvd has a few 1-gallon and 3-gallon Campbell-Hausfield compressors in the clearance aisle for $35. They also have about 20 Olaf (from Disney's Frozen) 30"rod/reel combos by Shakespeare for $2. They're dark blue and white with only two Olaf stickers on them that can be removed if it suits you. I keep a few of these and some Dock Demons in my 4-wheeler storage for spontaneous bream/crappie fishing.
