I’m curious now. Any $$ details ? Mine’s a 36v cart that needs batt’s
He's talking about the big, single cell replacement doohickies. I can't seem to find individual, lithium 6v batteries anywhere.
The single units are still fairly pricey but can still be cheaper. Most common lead batteries are Trojan. Price them. Then price them against the same configuration liPo4 batteries.I think we are talking different things. The big single replacement deals are in the $1500 range. That Trojan price is astronomical. I just redid my old Textron with 6 Trojans and it was less than $1000.The single units are still fairly pricey but can still be cheaper. Most common lead batteries are Trojan. Price them. Then price them against the same configuration liPo4 batteries.

Example $1,670
Vs $850
Wow, 3 years ago, the lithium was twice that. The single units are still fairly pricey but can still be cheaper. Most common lead batteries are Trojan. Price them. Then price them against the same configuration liPo4 batteries.

I assumed using Amazon they'd both be equally inflated. That Trojan price is astronomical. I just redid my old Textron with 6 Trojans and it was less than $1000.
Be really nice if they come down to 600ish.Yeah, not sure if it's bottomed out but it's a nice change for sure. LOTS of Chinese mfg in the market.

I have a 36 that we use all the time, a 48 that has no batteries and I'm not sure about the motor or controller. The 48 might get converted to a 72v or maybe an AC conversion. Also have a old gas buggy that needs an engine. Just got rid of a 36 toYou have a 36v? Here you go. Includes charger. https://a.co/d/chaz1iX
