375 Winchester ammo has gotten very hard to find and $4-$5 a round when you do stumble on some.

Brass is bringing $2-$3 each. (I lucked up and found a box on here for $1 a round)

So, being 30/30 is the parent case for the 375, I bought a 35 Remington neck expander and a 375 H&H mag expander.
(I had to cut the 375 H&H one off so it would go all the way into the neck before bottoming out)

Run the 30/30 through the 35 and then the 375, then full length sizing in the 375 Winchester die.

.375 Winchester is one of the next 2 cartridges I’ll start loading, along with .348 Winchester.

I’ll be loading for a Ruger #3, a Marlin, and a Winchester 94 Big Bore.

What are you loading your .375’s for? What’s working for you?

I’ll be using these for SE Ohio whitetail.

I ran up on an old box of Hornady 220 gr jacketed soft nose bullets. I’ve loaded some of them and some of the 255 gr coated cast. I’m using IMR3031 powder.
I just load mine to target shoot mostly. May try some of the JSP on a hog one day.

I wish I could find some of those of discontinued Hornady 220’s. I’ve used them on a lot of Ohio deer and really like them.

I bought a Marlin 93 38-55 last year and had to do the same. I ordered a .375 Raptor expander/decapper directly from Lee. You don't have to cut it off and it will still deprime. I have converted maybe 50 or so and only 1 split so far. I was going to do it in steps, but decided to try directly and it has worked so far.

I also ordered the Lee .379 255 grain boolit mold and that is what I am using. I powdercoat them and it bumps them just over .380 then I run thru sizer and they are right at .380. Shoot great.

On another note, I believe this is how they will eventually step up gun control.
They will go after ammo to the point that it’s so expensive, hard to get, and components will be the same for reloaders.
It will start making it to where you won’t be able to shoot as much as it were , of course. But i think the bottom line goal to the gun grabbers will be making it so hard to get or make that they will thin out the numbers of guns usable.
