I find that all the Precision Bullets coated and swaged lead bullets are quite accurate.
.38 125gn L-FP $225/3500 (6.4 cents/bullet).
Are Simmers 130gn bullets really 4.4 cents/bullet?

Donnie Summers is great to deal with and his alloys are the same as everyone else...

I've shot a ton of his 45 bullets and they are fine..

Wowza. Yeah, those are good prices for .38s, but about the same as everybody else for .45s. Like Bayou (already mentioned), Missouri Bullet Co. (available with or without coating for about the same price), Penn Bullets. Missouri and Penn have a much broader selection of styles.

There used to be one over in Alabama that was cheap cheap cheap. Magnum maybe? They'd sell in bulk crazy cheap. Don't know anybody local anymore though.

you're probably thinking of Magnus bullets in AL.. Terry is great folks and make excellent bullets.....

Also Valiant bullets are in AL.


Summers 45s are:

$29 for 500 200gr bullets, that's 58 for 1000 and $73 delivered..

$27 for 500 180 gr bullets, that's $54 for 100 and $69 delivered..

if you order 4 boxes of 500 ea. then his 14.95 shipping covers that.. so they get cheaper in 2000 quantities

I don't think anyone comes close....

he also has a 5% discount for 12 boxes.

BTW if you have a favorite bullet that Summers doesn't have let him know.. He is adding more moulds as he grows and will take your input..

he added both the DEWC 38 bullet and the 180 gr. this year.
