Look, let's not get to talking about prison wallets. I was moving state of California inmates a few years ago, all the inmates had to sit in a BOSS chair which scans your body. Old buddy sets off the chair, gets told to go in a little room and bring out the cell phone. He comes out with one of the bigger iPhone 6 or 7s.
