$399 AR's at Academy Sports

Times has changed. 12 years ago you could buy a saiga AK for less than $400, but now the ARs are CHEAP but the AKs not as cheap. Crazy.

Well the AK market has gone high tech. A lot of parts are milled instead of being stamped. After market parts have made better triggers and better more accurate barrels for them now. However, they still should have come down some.

I saw a few barrels full of AR15 rifles for $99 or 2 for $175 at the LGS checkout counter.
Free beer and hotdogs with purchase.
I would have been game if they had tacos and beer.

Or bacon.
