.40 Ammo?

Hey guys Im going to get a .40 caliber pistol and i was wondering whats the normal price you see for 50, 100 round boxes on FMJ and also the HP!

$18-25 per 50 for FMJ from Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, AR Bunker.
$20-30ish per 20 for JHP depending on what brand. I paid like $25 for a box of Winchester PDX1 from Dick's a few weeks ago, same for .45.
Bulk is key.

Load your own, I can load .40s&w fmj or plated for about $8.00 a box, depending on if I buy my bullets by the 100. If I get them 500 or 1000 I can get it down even more. .380 I can get down around $5.00 box.
