40 Years Ago Today....Never Forget

Being born in 1976, I was too young to see it in the theater.

I'll never forget seeing it for the first time though. I was sitting in front of my cousins woodgrain floor model TV sometime in the 80's. We had been waiting for it all week since somebody had seen in the TV Guide that it was going to be coming on.

I sat there on that burnt orange shag carpet in his living room glued to the TV from start to finish. LOL

I've been obsessed ever since.

Kids these days have got it made with the internet. They can watch whatever they want, whenever they want.

I saw A New Hope that once at my cousins house, and didn't get to see it again until my dad got a bootleg copy of it on BETAMAX several years later.
