Today was an awesome day! Since their inception I have been bugging Hornady to bring out a Flex Tip for the 41 Magnum.
Well, today my prayers were answered. In a response to an email I submitted I have been informed that a ***NEW*** 41 caliber flex tip, part number 9078 will be available for 2017. The down side is it will be 190 grainer, which at rifle speeds may not be all that bad. I also think this will be a good bullet for my 10" T/C Contender. Now if I can Just get Chiappa to issue me a Rhino in 41 magnum I would be living in caliber Nirvana.

One other thing, If you ever wondered what temperature their brass dryer heats up to, its 140 degrees.

LONG LIVE THE 41 MAGNUM!!!!

It's suggesting that I buy some of them there 190gr Ftx bullets , load em up with some H110 and see if we can't clock those bad boys over 2000Fps coming outa that there Redhawk in the picture . .

surprised any company is really introducing much for the 41 mag, its kind of a dead caliber, although my favorite in a wheel gun.
I always preferred the 180 grain in self defense/hunting rounds but the 190 should work.
