5.56 upper

So I bought a cheap ATI up or complete from Primary Arms 5.56 caliber I want to put my full auto bolt carrier group in it and it does not want to fit with a little finagling I can get it to fit when I put the gun back together I cannot charge it the charging handle will not move. I take the full auto port carrier group out of it and put a standard bolt carrier group in there a charge is fine drop right in

Something sounds out of spec, my guess is BCG isn’t properly staked since the other BCG works fine

have you lubed the BCG till it was dripping?

The bolt carrier works fine in my other ar that’s what’s odd
