5 coyotes down with thermal

Have y'all ever tried the Sig echo1 thermal ? its got a lifetime warranty too which is kinda what made me feel comfortable with that kind of price tag. Granted i spent a lot on my acog, its got a track record thats phenomenal, and they are awesome. these thermals are like computers and changing so fast.

Dude, I was going to welcome you to the ODT till I noticed you've been on here since 2012 and only three posts. That being said, nice shooting and keep killing coyotes.

Haha, I downloaded tapatalk back then and I think that's when I first logged in/created an account. But I hadn't been using anything on Tapatalk hardly at all until recently. Thanks though, I'll try not to be a stranger!

I don't know much about it but here some info. I would say it would probably be ok for shooting at 50 yards. And it would probably be ok for detecting (not necessarily identifying) living creatures in decent thermal conditions out past 200 yds.
But I really don't know. I can say that he image through the Reap-ir is much better looking through the scope than it is with these videos. Big difference. It's my understanding that the pulsar scopes downgrade image quality on video as well. I think the flir/armasight (flir bought out armasight this past year) scopes don't lose any or as much detail when viewing through the lens vs on video.
