5 or 6 month old kitten

Someone dumped this female kitten near our house. Guessing it's 5 or 6 months. Nice markings, uses litter box. I brought it in about a month and a half ago. Don't want to put it outside as we've had a lot of ferals disappear this year and the inside ones aren't keen with a new one.

I'm trying to talk my 73 year old father into getting a cat since he just split with his wife and she kept the animals.
Has the cat had shots or been dewormed?
We're in acworth also.

Can't see the paws and didn't see her tail at first glance lol!

We had to put a couple to sleep, so we decided to keep her. Has the typical tabby mean streak to her.

Sorry to hear that... My first experience with a cat resulted in an ER trip when I was like 9. I'm highly allergic so I keep my distance lol! Taking two Benadryl's before going to my sister in-law's house with 4 cats didn't do the trick and I didn't last 5min inside before I had to go out on the back porch. This was about 2 yrs ago so I'm still allergic. The Benadryl did save me an ER trip though because I could still breath!

It is amazing how bad some are affected by this and others not. My nieces are a perfect example, one is highly allergic to animals and the other isnt.

Thankfully it's just cats for me. We have an 80-85Lb lab/husky mix who sheds a lot and never bothers me at all...
