Looks like there is one in Taylorsville. Haven't been to it though.

I've been to the one in Taylorsville, not a bad range at all, but it does get muddy if we get a lot of rain and they will shut it down. They have a 600 rifle range that you can shoot on certain days

Charlie Elliot is pretty much free. If you have a hunting license, that's all you need. You can also get a WMA card, it's about $10-12 for a whole year. No fees, just bring your own target, police your own brass.

They are open Tues-Sat. Best time is early in the day, beginning to middle of the week. They can get busy, and there is no time limit.
