anyone can tell me what it will cost to move it?

Probably $100-150 to get a large tow truck with a boom to load it on your trailer

That's usually what I've paid before to load stuff we wanted to keep

I'd love to have one buried at my hunting shack
But this one isn't an underground tank
Although I've heard that the underground tanks are just coated in some kind of tar and have an extended filler tube and gauge
