anyone can tell me what it will cost to move it?

I've moved air compressors heavier than that by myself with a utility trailer and a come along. Floor jack under one end, insert dolly, floor jack under the other end, insert dolly. Run a couple screws or bolts into the dolly so they don't slide out. Drag onto trailer with come along. And a 30hp air compressor is WAAAAYYYY more top heavy weighing about 2000 lbs, most of which sits on top of the tank. This thing should be a breeze.

I am also very un informed about the possible issues of hauling it

No idea if it's considered haz mat etc

That's your problem
But I'd probably throw a tarp over it

It also has a funky looking regulator on it
