Was at the monster truck event at Dixie speedway Friday night
The Falcon won second place crowds choice award .
A pristine 57 bel air got first place

I was looking for awhile for one of these when I found out I was having a second kid....would have loved to have my boy's grow up in a classic like that. But I ended up buying a '95 Club Wagon to make due till I can get something that I really want.

Hasn't been too bad, I sold all the crappy seats & bought a 3 seat bench out of a 2018 Transit to haul the family around & clear up some space in the back for hauling stuff.

Just got it

Installing new upper control arms and ball joints today

Got some of the plastic dash trim and repainted it to install

Got new door panels in
Ordering new carpet soon

Got some headliner bows and a new headliner , gotta find someone capable of installing it along with a new windshield and new rubber for the back quarter windows

Took the wagon to caffeine and octane on Sunday morning

And The organizers wanted it in the “featured vehicle” section

Also met one of the former owners who complimented us on the work we’ve done and said it was the only old car he’s ever sold, that when he saw it again , was in better condition than when he sold it .

Drove it to Daytona turkey rod run
This thing draws a crowd wherever you go
At saltwater cowboys in St Augustine and when we came out to leave there was a group standing around the car looking at it and asking us questions
