great motors. 7.3l was fords power house. a lot more reliable than the newer diesels from what I know. I've never been a ford fan but when I think of the 7.3, the phrase " they don't make em like they used to" comes to mind

The 7.3 is a great engine, but hugely overpriced in the used truck market. I'd sooner buy a V10.

Love my 2003 7.3 ccsb 4x4. They are pretty slow and lack the power of the newer diesels but I’ve owned 3 and they are very reliable and will pull anything you need.
