Section B, 3 all firearms will be registered and this info will be available to the public. So if I want to find the 10 AKs closest to me, to schedule a robbery, the US Govt. will provide this info. Yeah, this plan will work just fine.

Might as well require gun owners to have a 4 foot neon outside their homes announcing GUNS
INSIDE. This does 2 things, shows bad guys where the guns are so they can "arm up" and shows them the unarmed homes to rob.
