Pretty sure its boomers buying them.Are you ****ing insane? Keep buying this overpriced junk you idiot millennials and gen-Zs, and before long, you'll be walking to beg me for a loan.
Seems to be the desperate Cul-de-sac, suburban commandos are the ones buying them and Jeeps. Pathetic little people who want so bad to be someone else but realize they are stuck in their dismal suburban lives.
Guilty. But I bought a used 2018 Ford F-150 Limited last year that had an original MSRP of $76,000. After trade it was $40,000. Delta Community Credit Union gave me a 1.9% interest rate and a 6-year/100k mile extended warranty. Wife and I always buy two year old models, keep three or four years and trade before the extended warranty expires. Been working okay for us a long time.
Boomers have better sense, frankly. The kind that buy them are like my former son-in-law....good jobs, nice houses and in the 40 YO range... A boomer would buy a new truck every 10-15 years at most....would await the first ding/scratch/dent and then get down to the real beauty of owning a truck - for its utility and not worry about washing and waxing that big phallus out in the driveway....

I refuse to dump any money on a vehicle right now. I’ve been on the fence, but prices have made the decision for me. I’m not buying anything until the crash happens in a couple years.

An early '90's 4x4 truck within reasonable condition are now listing for $8-12k
I'm not touching any new or used car/truck until the market drops again.
