7mm-08 bullets tumbling

I need a little help figuring out what's going on with my bullets. I'm using Hornady SST ballistic tip 130gr. IMR 43gr of powder, Winchester large rifle primers. Everything is well within measurements for length of the bullet and brass. Shoots fine at 25 yards but it starts tumbling before 50 yards. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Sounds like you are loading 270 bullets in a 7mm08

Look anything like this?

I took a new Savage 12 to WY and shot prairie dogs. Fired about 1200 rounds through it in 3 days without proper cleaning. Came home, cleaned barrel and put in safe. 2 yrs later it’s time to go back. Pulled rifle out, sat on bench and this was my group. Had Shooter’s Den order me a Criterion barrel and solved the problem. I now clean every 40 rounds.
