All we can do is guess how it happened. The authorities aren't releasing any real information. But the fact that they charge these kids with murder shows that they don't think it was an accident.

This isn't a case of some stupid kids hanging a can or bottle on a tree branch as a target, without any backstop, and shooting it and nailing some innocent farmer a couple hundred yards beyond the target thru the woods.

Usually the Judge. Most things shouldn't need to go to that level, but that's the world we live in. Of course this case will need too. I can't believe they sent them home. This is one of the seven deadly sins, or did they change that too.
