wow.. guess I can wait a bit longer. Seems like the prices at Powder Valley and MidSouth have dropped back to somewhat normal pricing but that's still pretty high. Not bad if you are out of it as it's been hard to find but still higher than my "threshold pricing" for it.

I have an unopened 8# of Hodgdon Universal Clays powder that I could part with for reasonable cost.

It's gone. $365, checked at PV and MidSouth, their usual prices (if they had it) were around $315. Not bad from Midway, guess the market is still pretty high.

I picked up 8 lbs of BE86 from Midway last week with my birthday pricing and it was like $225 with shipping and taxes. Best price I had seen. But it wasn't Varget. Seems like the b-day pricing knocked off about $50.
