My dealings with Jacob have been beyond sub-par & his replies are very unprofessional & come off as quite rude.
So, back in Late 2013 I helped out Battle Born Tactics through Rockethub.com. The campaign ended & production started. Shipping was to start Feb./March 2014. There was a delay, a letter needed from the ATF. At that point they were, told thru status updates, in production & waiting on letter/approval to ship, mind you at this point he was posting pics of Lowers in shipping boxes waiting to ship. The letter came. now we are coming up on 2 months from approval & no products. Email contact made with Jacob, founder, rude & unprofessional saying there will be no updates. They are "a waste of valuable production time", "like my facebook page to see more". I explained how this was a practice of good business and not a waste of time. I also explained I thought I was dealing with a business & not a facebook hobby, as he treats it. Now we are coming on 2 months from said approval & no product, no info & no status update. If you go to the Facebook page all you see is, buy buy buy, check out our products. I ask everyone to share this to get the word out, Battle Born Tactics, from my experience is not a good company to get involved with. This is merely my review based on my personal accounts with them.
